AgentGraph SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Messaging Terms") govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging programs operated by AgentGraph Inc., a Delaware Corporation ("AgentGraph," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from AgentGraph, you agree to these Messaging Terms, the AgentGraph Platform User Agreement, and the AgentGraph Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the User Agreement.
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
1.1 Program. When you opt in, AgentGraph may send you recurring text messages related to your account and your use of the Services, which may include account notifications, verification and security codes (such as one-time passcodes), transaction and project updates, support communications, and, where you have separately consented, informational or promotional messages.
1.2 Consent. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from AgentGraph at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
2.1 Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity and the programs you enroll in. Some messages, such as verification codes, are sent only in response to actions you take.
3. COST
3.1 Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. AgentGraph does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
4. OPTING OUT (STOP)
4.1 Cancellation. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive text messages from that program. You may continue to receive messages that are not part of the messaging program, such as separately requested verification codes, unless you opt out of those as well.
4.2 Re-Enrollment. If you opt out and later wish to resume messages, you may opt in again by the same method you originally used to enroll.
5. HELP AND SUPPORT (HELP)
5.1 Help. For help at any time, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@agentgraph.xyz. Replying HELP will return contact information for support.
6. SUPPORTED CARRIERS
6.1 Carriers. Supported carriers may change from time to time and may include major U.S. wireless carriers and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
7. YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND PRIVACY
7.1 No Sharing for Marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected as part of the messaging program is used solely to operate and support that program.
7.2 Service Providers. We may share your mobile number with vendors that help us deliver the messaging service (such as messaging platform and telecommunications providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service to us. Our handling of your information is further described in the AgentGraph Privacy Policy.
8. CHANGES TO YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
8.1 Number Changes. You agree to notify us of any change to your mobile number and to opt out of the messaging program before transferring or discontinuing your mobile number, so that messages are not sent to a person who acquires your former number.
9. CHANGES TO THESE MESSAGING TERMS
9.1 Modification. AgentGraph may modify these Messaging Terms in accordance with the modification procedures set forth in Section 9.2 of the AgentGraph Platform User Agreement. Your continued participation in the messaging program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Messaging Terms.
